The Madibaz High Performance Complex includes a vast number of facilities to meet the needs of both the amateur and professional athlete:

• High Performance Gym
• Biokinetics Centre 
• Laboratories
• 90-m indoor track
• Astro-turf
• Soccer and Rugby fields
• Athletics Track
• Tennis and Netball courts
• Public gym also known as Fitness and Aquatics Centre
• 25-m indoor swimming pool
